Your personal AI ombudsman

See a problem in public space? Report it from there.

A pothole, a dark street light, an overflowing bin — take a photo and send it. Ombudy, your AI ombudsman, e-mails the responsible service, chases it until it answers and reads the replies. The case stays public until people on the spot mark it fixed. The app is free, with nothing to install; it never reveals who reported and takes no sides.

Not for emergencies. Gas, fire, injuries — call the emergency services now.

From report to fixed. In public.

Reporting takes a minute. Ombudy follows up until it is fixed — and everyone can see it.

  1. 1

    You take a photo.

Stand at the problem, take a photo, send.

    • Pinned where you stand. No address to type, no map to scroll.
    • AI blurs faces and plates. Before anything is sent.
    • AI names the problem. Pothole, dark lamp, full bin — you confirm, or pick it yourself.
  2. Ombudy chases the service.

The app’s assistant finds who is responsible and does not let go.

    • Finds the service. Municipality, utility, roads authority — a person on our team checks a new town first.
    • Writes and reminds. One clear e-mail; reminders until it answers, quoting the legal deadline where there is one.
    • Reads the reply, tells you. “On it”, a date, “fixed”, “not ours” — you hear every time.
  3. 3

    People mark it fixed.

Everyone can see the case until it is fixed.

    • On the map from the first photo. With the days it has waited.
    • People on the spot mark it fixed. A service’s “fixed” is only a claim until they do.
    • Back again? The case reopens.

Report what’s wrong in public space — not people.

No category hunting — the photo decides.

  • Roads and road surface
  • Street lighting and power
  • Water supply and fountains
  • Bins and waste collection
  • Trees
  • Parks, playgrounds and sport
  • Works and excavations
  • …and much more

Not for parking offences, neighbour disputes, noise or politics.

Nobody decides alone.

The problem is public. You are not.

A case says “reporter”, “citizen”, the service or “Review” — never a name. You sign in with an e-mail address only. Blur anything else in your photo with a tap.

Built so it can’t be gamed.

Reporting, confirming and disputing happen on the spot, with a photo taken that moment. A service never confirms its own fix. Fake or offensive reports bring warnings, then bans.

Independent and neutral.

Ombudy is independent. No parties, no campaigns, no political money. Every e-mail to a service is signed by a person on our team. The record stays when administrations change.
